hi robert
sadly i am YET to get any reply from them either. at least you seem to be in the US , maybe you can progress further in the matter with them more directly . They are owned by Verisign Inc , so try contacting them through the direct channels .

My latest E-mail earlier today to NameSecure.com:

MY DOMAIN FORWARDING HAS BEEN DOWN SINCE THE MORNING OF 12/19/2007. YOU ARE SEVERELY HAMPERING MY BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS AND CREDIBILITY. YOU FAILED TO RESPOND TO MY E-MAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS. YOU CONCEAL YOUR TELEPHONE NUMBER. I SEE THAT YOU HAVE A BAD REPUTATION ON THE WEB FOR THIS TYPE OF ABUSE. YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CORRECT THIS INEXCUSABLE IMPASSE TO MITIGATE YOUR LIABILITY. IF YOU CAUSE THE LOSS OF MY DOMAIN NAME OBLAW.COM TO ANOTHER OWNER YOU WILL BE SUED.

Subject: Service Request # 1-317836081

Please advise what, if anything, remains to be done to (a) complete transfer to NameSecure.com of registration of my domain OBLaw.com and to resume forwarding of my mail by ATT/Yahoo. I am about 24 hours without mail forwarding now.
